I'm Ross Mitchell
I have worked with hundreds of business owners, managers and leaders to define what they want, to lead more effectively and deliver results for themselves and their teams that they had only ever dreamed of.
I started work as an 11 year old delivering the local newspaper and since then have gone on to a career of more than 45 years, working in Government, Retail, Facilities Services and Business and Leadership Coaching.
I am pragmatic, realistic and like to keep things simple.

Computer security was a great read. Is storage backed up, how many apps are illegally on our system, do staff share passwords? A great book, not the end but this should be the beginning.
