Turn Your Small Business Plan Into Real Momentum In 12 Weeks

A live small‑group coaching program for early‑stage business owners who completed the Small Business Mastery Course and are ready to refine, simplify, and actually implement their plans.

### This Is For You If…

You’re an early‑stage business owner who:

- Has worked through the **Small Business Mastery Course** (or most of it)
- Has ideas, notes and plans… but not enough clarity or action
- Feels unsure if your offer, pricing, and marketing are “good enough”
- Wants feedback from a real coach and peers, not just more videos
- Knows you make more progress when someone expects you to show up

If that sounds like you, this 4‑session group is designed to move you from planning into doing.

### What We’ll Do Together

Over 6 x 60‑minute group sessions, we will:

- Sharpen your **core offer and positioning** so it’s simple to explain and easier to buy
- Turn your marketing ideas into a **4‑week action plan** you can actually follow
- Tighten a few key **systems and delivery processes** so you don’t break yourself when clients say “yes”
- Build a basic **numbers scorecard** and a **90‑day Implementation Plan** to keep you focused

You’re not starting from scratch. We’re refining and activating what you already built in the course.

Session 1 (Week 1)

Title: Clarify Your 90‑Day Direction & Current Reality

Who it’s for: Owners of traditional businesses and digital nomads who feel scattered and want a clear 90‑day path.

In this session, we will:

  • Set a concrete 90‑day business goal (revenue + key milestones)
  • Define your target customer and the main problem you solve (locally or online)
  • Audit your current situation:
    • Existing products/services
    • How customers find you now
    • Current pricing and margins
    • Basic revenue and cost picture

You’ll walk away with:

  • A simple 90‑day outcome statement
  • A 1–2 page “Business Snapshot” of where you are today

Between Sessions (Weeks 1–2):

  • Fill in your Business Snapshot with:
    • Last 3 months of revenue and main expenses (even rough)
    • Notes on what’s working vs not working
  • Bring any existing plans, notes or spreadsheets to the next session

Session 2 (Week 3)

Title: Sharpen Your Core Offer So It’s Easy To Buy

Focus: Make your main product/service clearer, stronger and more profitable.

In this session, we will:

  • Choose your primary offer for the next 90 days (service package, retainer, product, etc.)
  • Clarify:
    • Who it’s for
    • The problem it solves
    • The result customers get
    • How it’s delivered (on‑site, remote, digital, hybrid)
  • Refine:
    • Price and basic profitability
    • What’s included vs what’s not
    • Simple guarantees or risk‑reducers (if appropriate)

You’ll walk away with:

  • A one‑page Offer Snapshot you can use on your website, in emails, or in person
  • A clearer sense of what you’re actually selling over the next 90 days

Between Sessions (Weeks 3–4):

  • Finalize your Offer Snapshot and a short FAQ
  • Check delivery logistics (capacity, tools, schedule, team)

Session 3 (Week 5)

Title: Build a Simple 90‑Day Operational Budget

Focus: Make sure the numbers make sense and support your goals.

In this session, we will:

    • Fixed costs (rent, tools, software, vehicles, staff, etc.)
    • Variable costs (materials, payment fees, travel, ads)
  • Set a 90‑day revenue target that fits your life and business stage
  • Reverse‑engineer:
    • How many sales/clients you need
    • At what price
  • Sketch a basic 90‑day cash‑flow view:
    • Expected revenue by month
    • Expected expenses by month
    • Profit and owner pay

  • Clear monthly and weekly revenue/sales targets

Between Sessions (Weeks 5–6):

  • Clean up or complete your budget spreadsheet

Session 4 (Week 7)

Title: Design a Practical Marketing & Visibility Plan

Focus: Choose a few effective ways to get customers, consistently.

In this session, we will:

  • Choose your main marketing channels based on your business:
    • For traditional: local referrals, partnerships, signage, Google, email, etc.
    • For digital nomads: content, email, DMs, partnerships, platforms
  • Map a simple customer path:
    • How people first hear about you
    • How they learn to trust you
    • How they see and buy your offer
  • Create a Minimum Viable Marketing Plan:
    • Weekly content (posts, emails, videos, updates)
    • Weekly outreach (follow‑ups, calls, DMs, networking)
    • Weekly sales actions (quotes, calls, promotions, invitations)

You’ll walk away with:

  • A 4‑week marketing calendar you can actually follow

  • Implement at least one path from “new lead” to “offer shown”

Session 5 (Week 9)

Title: Create Your Weekly Operating Rhythm & Tracking

Focus: Turn the plan into repeatable habits and simple numbers.

In this session, we will:

  • Design your weekly operating rhythm:
    • When you market
    • When you sell / quote / follow up
    • When you deliver work
    • When you review numbers
  • Pick 3–5 core metrics to track (e.g. leads, quotes sent, conversion rate, weekly revenue, key costs)
  • Build a one‑page Weekly Scorecard & Schedule you can print or keep on screen

You’ll walk away with:

  • Note where you feel over‑stretched, confused, or blocked

Session 6 (Week 11)

  • Review everything you’ve built:
    • 90‑day goal
    • Core offer
    • Operational budget
    • Marketing plan
    • Weekly rhythm & scorecard
  • Decide:
    • What to double down on
    • What to pause or drop
    • Any remaining gaps (people, tools, skills) and how to cover them
  • Assemble your final 90‑day plan document:
    • Vision & goals
    • Offer
    • Numbers & budget

### Frequently Asked Questions

**How much experience do I need?**
This is designed for early‑stage owners: from idea/early launch up to a few consistent clients. If you’ve done the Small Business Mastery Course and have at least draft plans, you’re ready.

**What if I haven’t finished the course yet?**
If you’re at least 60–70% through and have some notes on your offer and marketing, you’ll still get value. We’ll use the group time to help you finish and sharpen what you’ve started.

**How big is the group?**
Group size is kept intentionally small so you can get individual attention as well as benefit from hearing others coached. Exact numbers depend on the cohort.

**Will I get 1:1 time?**
This is a group program. You’ll get live coaching in front of the group (hot‑seats and Q&A), plus the chance to learn from feedback given to others. If you want deeper 1:1 work, you can ask about upgrading to private coaching.

**What if I can’t attend one of the sessions live?**
If sessions are recorded, you’ll receive the replay, along with any templates or homework prompts. You can still follow along and apply the work.

**Is there a refund policy?**
Because this is a live, small‑group coaching program and spots are limited, all sales are final. If you’re unsure whether it’s a fit, consider your answer to this: Do you have plans that need refining and implementing? If yes, this is for you.
