1. Personal Responsibility & Decisions
Our role is to inspire you to take action, provide education, and share strategies to support your growth.
Your role is to use your own judgment and make decisions that are right for you and your situation.
- We do not make guarantees about specific results, outcomes, or earnings.
- Any examples of results are illustrative only and not promises of what you will achieve.
- You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on our content, coaching, or advice.
By using our Services, you agree that Nesso – Inspiring Visionary Leaders is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results that occur as a result of applying what you learn.
2. Courses: Refund Policy
We want you to be confident in your purchase.
- For our online courses, we offer a 7‑day refund period from the date of purchase.
- If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, you may request a refund by contacting us in writing at: [email protected].
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be received within 7 days of your purchase date.
- After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for course purchases.
3. Coaching: No Refunds & Cancellations
Our coaching time is reserved specifically for you, and we commit preparation and resources to each session.
3.1 Coaching Refunds
- All coaching sales are final.
- There are no refunds for coaching packages, sessions, or programs once purchased, regardless of whether you attend or complete the sessions.
3.2 Coaching Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled and the session will be considered used.
- Missed sessions (“no‑shows”) are not refundable and will not be rescheduled.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary and will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your privacy and the information you share with us.
- We will endeavor to keep all information you share with us private and confidential, except where:
- You give us explicit permission to share it, or
- We are legally required to disclose it, or
- We believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent harm.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, you acknowledge that communication via email, video platforms, and other online tools can never be guaranteed as 100% secure.

5. Use of Content
