You might be wondering how long has it been since you thought about launching out on your own, or why you haven't done what you really want to.

If you are like most people I have known, met or actually been myself, it is fear that you might fail, it might be that you don't know how, what will the family think, what about my besties, who seem to have it all and therefore how can I be successful.

My best mate and I attended a session in Melbourne, yesterday on Entrepreneurship and sure, it was motivating, with a fair bit of hype about what is possible, some great success stories and hard not be excited by what is possible. And if you are wanting to be a Mega Millionaire or Billionaire, as good a place as any to go and be inspired.

Lots of great ideas and a real awakening for many people.  I wish each person well and hope that if that floats their boat, that they get everything they want.

You see, I am a fairly pragmatic person, have a desire to succeed in life and business, as I suspect you the reader does also. It is just that I am not that interested in the idea of owning a private jet or having a bunch of businesses that effectively print money.

I am more interested in leading a life where I know that what I am doing is helping my family lead a fabulous life, full of health, fun, happiness and a groundedness, that ensures that we are together for the long haul, where we can helping secure their futures as well, by being a good example to them.

That desire extends beyond my family, to being able to help people in business to be the best version of themselves, whether that be as business owners or leaders in a business.

That is why I started coaching in 2003, because I felt I had something to offer, a few battle scars, successes and failures and thousands of stories and examples of where persistence eventually paid off.

Hence the imminent launch of my 1st online course which is based on my 1st book, Alphabite Soup for Business.

This course is aimed at people who are in business and looking for a reset, those who are thinking about starting a business or are thinking about or ready for a career change.

If you are interested in getting started, jump in. I am confident that this will be one of the best investments you ever make.

If you know someone who you think could benefit, let them in to what you have just read, it could be the best thing you ever do for them.

Cheers to great success R
