Cromwell Corporation Limited ('CCL', ASX:CMW) is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and since recapitalisation in 1998, has established and maintained a track record for developing high-quality, high-yielding investment products for investors and delivering value for shareholders.
Over the time since commencement the group had grown from a small team of people who all did what needed to be done. This often meant that lines of demarcation and responsibility were unclear.

Scope

To work with the Property Division to develop a strategic operational plan that would clearly identify individual and team responsibilities and necessary reporting timeframes.

Results

A report was presented to the asset manager for the Property Division that clearly articulated each team member’s key responsibilities, reporting timelines and points of delineation.
The implementation of these objectives and responsibilities has seen the division operate much more effectively with team harmony, effectiveness and productivity being improved.
