Hi Ross, I was wanting to touch base with you having percolated a bit on our conversation after coaching today.I want to say thank you for the very unique contribution which you have had to my journey and development over the past 12 months. There has been many ingredients which have contributed to the process which I have been (and continue to go) through but everyone and every step has been vital. That early time discussing my fear was something which no one else could see. Your insight and ability to approach and handle the issue was amazing. Thank you for your contribution, it has been invaluable
