Dear Ross, 

This letter is to thank-you sincerely for the business coaching you gave Theo and I. Without your coaching Theo and I could never have stepped our business up to the next level nor had the objectivity and confidence to make critical decisions that have shaped and changed our business. 

We understand you have heard our news: on 6th November 4Walls were awarded HIA CSR Small-Medium Professional Builder of the Year 2009.  Besides Theo and our immediate employees, you were the very next person on my list of people to thank.  Your advice is always with me.  You're like a little voice in my head (like a little guardian angel but a lot more entertaining/quirky!)

When we won the award, we were surrounded by our most loyal and closest subcontractors at a table at Crown Palladium.  When Theo came back to the table beaming and holding the award, our concretor turned to him and said: "I guess that means we're only chasing Zebra's from now on mate!"

I hope you understand how much that comment shows the impact you've had on our business. You've done a bloody great job.  Thanks Ross
