Prior to launching out as a business coach and trusted advisor, Ross Mitchell has been working in senior operations management and business development positions, providing him with a wide exposure to the retail and services sectors, having held the positions of Business Development Director, Marketing Director, Operations Manager, State Manager and Business Development Manager.
During this time he has observed that many small to medium enterprises lack the expertise to adequately drive their businesses to the next stage of development, either through having ineffective growth strategies, the wrong people representing them or even worse, that they are not represented at all because the owner is too busy operating the business to be able to work at growing the business.
With honesty, integrity, dedication, passion and a commitment for seeing people and businesses succeed, the idea of providing business owners with a specialist business development resource was conceived.
